Growing up, I played volleyball from a young age. When going to college rather than continuing playing, I took a position coaching a team. I’ve always loved getting to help encourage and empower others to reach their full potential. Joining CrossFit and now having the opportunity to coach in this manner excites me and allows me to chance to shine a light on the growth of our members.
While in college, I stopped prioritizing my health. I let myself get wrapped up in feeling busy and didn’t focus on exercising or staying active. Joining Motivus CrossFit gave me a community of encouragement, confidence and the motivation to re-prioritize my health.
As a coach, I enjoy getting to celebrate with our members. Helping members achieve their goals, however big or small they appear, motivates me as a coach. I love watching and helping athletes grow into the best version of themselves!
